Mommy and Me events are scheduled opportunities for your family and your child to explore our hobby farm, meet and feed the animals, get to know our staff, and have fun with your child without making a full year commitment. Grandparents, Dad's, Aunties, Nannies, are all welcome and attend regularly. Parents and adult family members are expected to supervise their children during the entire visit. A Mommy and Me event gives the parent an opportunity to assess if the child will benefit from one of our drop off sessions.
Important details: 1. Unfortunately we can not give refunds if your child gets sick or is on vacation, because we hire staff and secure activity supplies well before the day of the event. 2. We love to accept charter school funds, so if you participate in a charter school, please consider using this funding option. 3. Every family that participates will be required to sign a risk disclosure agreement. We make immense efforts to provide a safe environment for your child, but in the course of our activities we cannot safeguard your child against all possible injuries such as bee stings, scrapes, bruises, falls, and normal hazards that may be encountered in your own backyard.
We can't wait for your child to experience life at The Farmhouse!
Children need to be challenged and pushed, not to the point where they give up but just to the point where they think: Wow, look at me go! - Robert John Meehan
